We are Ron and Shawn. We’ve been married for 41 years. We have 3 kids and 2 grandkids. We enjoy having some property but not to much. We are currently living on an acre of land about 45-60 minutes outside of the DFW metroplex.
We do a lot of gardening. Growing fruits and veggies and lots of herbs! About eight years ago Shawn was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which resulted in being in a wheelchair full-time. Now, that would be a sad story if it ended there. However, it didn’t, I am not one to sit around and feel sorry for myself.
Remember those herbs we talked about growing earlier. I like herbal tea, we grow herbs and I took a couple of classes on blending herbs to make teas and fell in love with the entire process. I started to wonder if others would like the loose leaf herbal teas that I make. In the Spring of 2025 we started going to farmers markets in the area and we found success.
We still do the farmers markets but we are now offer a monthly herbal tea subscription box. We’ll have more information on that shortly!
